Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
1. Introduction
This policy explains what information KaizoDesk collects when a gym signs up and uses the platform, and how that information is stored, used and protected. "Gym" refers to the business using KaizoDesk; "member" refers to a person a gym has registered in its own account.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: the gym's name, branding, address, and the email/password of staff who sign in.
- Member records: whatever a gym chooses to store about its own members — name, mobile number, email, date of birth, package and payment details, and attendance history.
- Usage data: basic technical data (like timestamps of check-ins and logins) needed to operate the product.
3. How we use this information
Data is used only to run the service for the gym that entered it — displaying dashboards, tracking membership status, recording attendance, and generating reports. We do not sell member or gym data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. How your data is isolated
KaizoDesk is multi-tenant: every gym's data is walled off at the database level, so one gym can never see another gym's members, packages, attendance or payments, regardless of how the software is used.
5. Data retention and deletion
Data is retained for as long as a gym's account is active. A gym admin can request deletion of their gym's account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
6. Your rights
Gym admins can access, export or correct the data held in their account directly from the product, or by contacting us. Members of a gym should direct data requests to their gym, since the gym — not KaizoDesk — controls that data.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
8. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to support@kaizodesk.app or via the contact page.
