About KaizoDesk
KaizoDesk is a gym management platform built for the way independent gyms actually run — a front desk, a register, a handful of packages, and a receptionist juggling all three at once.
Why we built this
Most gyms we spoke to were tracking members in spreadsheets, admission registers, and WhatsApp chats — not because they wanted to, but because most gym software is built for large chains with dedicated IT staff. We wanted something a single-location gym could set up in an afternoon and hand to a receptionist on day one.
What we believe
- Software for a front desk should be usable without training.
- Your member data belongs to your gym, not to us.
- A gym management tool shouldn't need an IT budget to run.
- Every gym is multi-tenant by nature — your data should never mix with anyone else's.
Where we're headed
KaizoDesk started with the essentials — members, packages, attendance and payments — and we're building outward from there: equipment maintenance tracking, WhatsApp member communication, and deeper reporting, all shaped by what gym owners and receptionists actually ask for.
